Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns & exchanges (14) days from the date of delivery.
Returns & exchanges on luxury & limited items unfortunately cannot be accepted.
we have to inform you that all the purchases are not refundable so you must be very careful about your purchases.

Before return & exchange an item, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.
The article you wish to return:
– can be sent back to us only after you have received your ‘return for inspection number’ (RFI) that must be requested by completing and submittig the online return form.
– must be sent back within 5 days from the date we accept the request for return.
– must be unused, unworn and not damaged.
– must be returned complete of all of its parts and accessories.
– must be sent in its original packaging.
– the shipment must be notified on the day you will send back the package and provide the proof of it, confirming the tracking number, if possible.
All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits.
If all the above mentioned conditions are satisfied, we will replace the product. Shipping costs are on the customer’s charge.
preciseoptics mykonos offers no exchanges before the article is not arrived back to us.

We will not issue any returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; anyway you will have the option to require for the return of your item in the condition in wich it has been received by preciseoptics mykonos, to you at your own cost, within thirty (14) days after our notification of the receipt.
If you do not request the return & exchange of your within the fourteenth day period, preciseoptics mykonos will be entitled to dispose of such merchandise in its discretion.
