To the item’s price you have to add the shipping cost to the destination country.

FEES AND CUSTOM DUTIES
For all the customers that live outside the European Union, you may be asked to pay the corresponding duties when the sunglasses reach your Country. Duties depend on the Customs of your country and not on preciseoptics mykonos company , while they are on the recipient’s charge.
preciseoptics mykonos cannot control or predict these charges and their amount, as Custom policies vary widely from one country to the other. If you need further information about Custom fees please contact your local UPS or the Customs directly.
Duties are usually collected by the courier upon delivery but they may also be applied later.

HOW TO SEND BACK PURCHASED PRODUCTS

Please follow the instructions that are described on Returns & exchanges policy page. Note the Luxury  & Limited items cannot be returned, so be very careful while the purchase.For any request use the contact form.
PACKAGING AND DELIVERY
Ordered goods are very carefully prepared and packaged, using suitable materials which protect them against impact and provide adequate thermal insulation.

In case of breakage or mishandling of products clients should not accept delivery, the buyer should not accept the delivery and contact us immediately. Please return the package to us.
It is possible to have products sent to a address different from your own just write it in the order form while placing your order.

All our packages are shipped by reliable couriers that cannot leave unguarded items in front of the door due to their rules.
We suggest you to specify an address where the courier can surely find somebody who can sing for the delivery of the merchandise.

All the items are 6 months warrant covered from the date of purchase, against production defects.
Warranty allows to repair or change the product. Damages due to incorrect use are not covered by warranty and we are not responsible for direct or indirect damages occurred for incorrect use.
